Free
We test your sample here and go through the results with you. These are the numbers we need to choose the right equipment and program it properly.
Well water: hardness, iron and pH
City water: hardness, pH and chlorine, plus iron if you see iron staining
Lab kits
For anything in-house testing can't measure, we send your sample to an accredited lab.
Detects total coliforms and E. coli.
Checks your water against the Canadian Drinking Water Guidelines. Suits homeowners and contractors.
Lead builds up in the body even at tiny amounts. Schools need to test for it regularly.
Covers the most common drinking water contaminants for the Interior Health region.

We explain what the numbers mean and quote the treatment, if you need any.
Print it, fill it out and bring it with your sample.
Do I have to get a water analysis?
We highly recommend it. We need the results to choose the right equipment and the numbers to program it properly. This is where non-water technicians often get it wrong.
Is basic water testing really free?
Yes. In-house testing for hardness, iron, pH and chlorine is free. Lab kits for bacteria, lead and full drinking water panels are extra.
